Ice Wall

Doesnt matter if what collection vessel you look at on the market, they all share a common problem we fixed.

These other producers are often telling you to just add ice to the bottom of your collection vessel when recirculating and to keep bags cold. Problem there is the ice freezes to the bags, esp if you put them back in the collection vessel to the side of the bag stack to keep cold. We SOLVED THAT! Our separated ice wall keeps the ice where you want it and away from where you dont. This will keep the water in the bottom of the vessel ice cold!

Aside from keeping the ice away from the bags and the water in the bottom of the vessel ice cold, the drains are located on the far side of the ice wall, meaning all water has to be filtered through the ice keeping it ice cold for washing. You can do iceless washes in a cold room of 55 degrees or less with insulated vessels or 45 or lower in your cold room for non insulated vessels for iceless washing. This can reduce sheering and less material contaminant for higher quality, esp on later washes.

Preserve your heads! Collection vessels that fully drain leave the hash sitting out in the air, which is generally warmer, degrade your hash! With all the extra room from having circular stacks in a rectangular vessel you can use that extra room to keep your bags cold! This helps prevent the heads from “greasing” to each other or sticking to your bags. Less clean up means more time to process!
